I have created a product called Mindset Box for people that are too afraid or don’t have the confidence to ask for help, OR they just don’t want to sit in a room with a counsellor BUT want the results of having seen one.

Staggering numbers of individuals that don’t seek help is something that I want to change.

Mindset Box is a coach in a box delivered to your door, that covers a vast amount of life areas to help you create change in the comfort of your own home, without the overwhelming feelings that are attached with initial appointments with a coach or counsellor.

If you are hiding in the corners of life feeling like it’s all too hard at times, then these are for you.

As an Intervention Specialist and Mindset Coach, I’ve spent my career on the front line of Health Services and as a part of the trauma response and crisis team.

I have seen many people over that time struggle with life and all it throws at us.

It is about reconnecting with you, accepting all of you, understanding the light and darkness the re-sistance and flow that makes each of us up.

This is a guide back to you and learning to create the very best version of yourself.
I believe that it is our duty to work on ourselves as people. To always keep learning and moving in a forward direction.

How did Mindset Box Evolve?

Mindset box was developed around personal and professional experiences.

From a professional perspective, I have worked for over two decades in the Health Sector field with departments such as; Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury, Substance Misuse, Youth Rehabilitation, Domestic Violence, Generalist & Complex Counselling, Suicide Risk, Emergency Response, Triage & Assessment.
While working in all of these areas and talking with people struggling, a common issue people faced was the inability to find the words to verbalise what they were feeling.

Wait lists to see counsellors or a service is on the climb so by the time they were able to actually see somebody for any direction the issue that was originally immediate, had subsided. The problems would just go away and resurface in another, over and over again.

From a personal perspective I learned first hand how trauma could affect a person, disrupt their life and send it on a completely different path over night. I went through self-loathing, disengagement and had an inability to maintain relationships. These feeling had me on my knees wondering how do I rise and live the life I desperately want when I hold so much shame guilt & hopelessness. I lost myself completely and had no idea where to go or how to even ask for help due to deep shame and fear of judgment.

Based on both my personal and professional experiences people are more likely to try something new or to help themselves in their environment.

Mindset Box is a complete toolkit with resources that will help you make effective change in your life, or help you find the words to ask for the right help.

This is a complete self-discovery guide to allow you to self-pace your learning and be able to come back as and whenever you need to.

My goal is to see Mindset Box delivered across the world to as many people possible that require that first step in rising and learning to be the very best version of themselves.

By opening up our everyday behaviours and habits to scrutiny, we can bring it into awareness, AND this is where I believe ALL change can happen.

A: We have a private group on Facebook for each program to assist you in your journey.

Q: What if I don't complete the program in six weeks?

A: Six weeks is only a guide the programs are split into six sections, you can do them at your own pace. It could be two a week one every two weeks or even one a month. The Facebook community is there for you as long as you want to stay in there at no extra cost.
